We understand that seeing a new stylist can be scary and sometimes a little intimidating, so we’re here to guide you, make the process as seamless as possible, and put you at ease!

Our Cancelation Policy to reserve an appointment is:
By booking you are accepting these terms. Lane West requires 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 30% of the service value. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance via TXT and Email. If you reserved services, a cancellation policy will apply.
No Call/ No Shows will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service value.
